Where are your orders dispatched from?

Our orders are dispatched from within Australia, so you can have ease of mind.

All orders are sent via express shipping, with free express shipping on orders over $100. Every item we sell is in stock (no backorders), so orders are packed and dispatched the same day or the next business day. Delivery is typically 1–2 business days, with up to 3 days only during peak periods.

If your order hasn’t shown up, just reach out to us at contact@peakpeptidelabsau.com and we’ll get it sorted. This is very rare, but if something does go wrong in transit, a free reship is usually the quickest fix. Either way, we’ve got you covered and we’ll make sure it’s resolved.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. However, if you contact us before your order is sent, we’re more than happy to help. Whether that’s cancelling the order, issuing a refund, or swapping the item for something else.
